This process includes a variety and specialized engineering techniques that improve the metals and alloys properties, prolonging life and making the components appropriate for use.
The MTT ( Max Del Tratamento Térmico), division of Max Del Heat Treatment, was initially created to meet the demands of the bolt factory and cold formed parts. Since its implementation, there has been a strict care and concern for quality, culminating in being awarded, in the same year, the CQI-9 certification for the third party. This achievement proves its high level of competence and excellence in the performance of metals heat treatment. With certifiable quality, the company also has ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
With all this expertise, it is not taken a long time for the company to extends its services to external customers. Today there are many customers from diverse segments such as home appliances, automotive, motorycles, aerospace, oil and gas, among others.
MTT has two lines of continuous heat treatment furnace. Beyond this, it has sophisticated laboratories with control equipment for analysis, measuring and quality. Technicians and engineers from additional areas, with extensive experience and expertise in thermal processing segment to complete the Max Del professionals team.
