Max Del, a 100% Brazilian company, operates in the fastener business for over 40 years.
With a modern industrial park, and the most advanced technologies, Max Del develops and manufactures fasteners such as screws, rivets, pins, special kits and cold stamped parts.
The innovative spirit, coupled with the strength and tradition of the company, Max Del has become a refernce in its market ensuring highly reliable products and services, high technology and especific solutions that guarantee customer satifaction.
Structure
A solid company ready for its market
Headquartered in the industrial zone of Mauá, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, Max Del today occupies a 6000 square meter area. There they operate fastener and wire production lines, two continuos heat tratment lines and two lines of heat treatment with controlled atmosphere chamber furnaces.
The complex has modern laboratories, a well equipped development center, and administration and logistics sectors.

Meet customer needs and expectations in accordance with specifications, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to information security, environment, occupational health and safety, and governance.
Protect the environment and prevent pollution, including climate change, with a focus on materials, contaminated water (oil disposal), metals, and greenhouse gases:
- Achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions in Scope 1 and 2 by 2050;
- Reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2040 (according to ECOVADIS), with 30% coming from suppliers;
- Reduce material and metal waste by 30% by 2030 compared to 2024;
- Reduce contaminated water (oil Pdisposal) by 5% by 2027 compared to 2024.
- Prevent hazards and risks to occupational health and safety, with a focus on ergonomics and noise:
- Reduce noise levels to a maximum of 89 dB(A) by 2028;
- Reduce ergonomics-related absenteeism by 10% by 2030 compared to 2024.
Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to corruption (bribery, conflicts of interest, fraud, money laundering) and other illegal governance practices. By 2027, 100% of direct suppliers will be trained, just as our employees already are, according to the organization’s Code of Conduct, which establishes consequences for violations through disciplinary measures ranging from warnings to termination.
