Heat treatment is an important process in the manufacturing of most components whether machanical, electronic or several applications. This process includes a variety of specialized engineering techniques that improve the properties of metals and alloys, prolong life and make the components appropriate for use.
The MTT ( Max Del Tratamento Térmico), Division of Heat Treatment of Max Del, was initially created to meet the demands of the bolt factory and cold formed parts. Since its implementation, there has been strict care and concern for quality, culminating in being awarded, in the same year, the CQI-9 certification for third party. This achievement proves its high level of competence and excellence in the performance of heat treatment of metals. With certifiable quality, the company also has ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 e OHSAS 18001.
With all this expertise, it did not take long for the company to extend its services to external customers. Today there are many customers from diverse segments such as home appliances, automotive, motorycles, aerospace, oil and gas, among others.
MTT has two lines of continuous heat treatment furnace, pit furnace, and two lines of treatment with controlled atmosphere, totally automated. The special mention goes to the line of heat treatment furnaces CODORE, unique in Brazil, manufactured under the original concept that combines quality, reliability, repeatability and flexibility to thermal cycles. Beyond this, it has sophisticated laboratories with equipament for analysis, measuring, and quality control. Technicians and engineers from additional areas, with extensive experience and expertise in thermal processing segment, complete the team of professionals at Max Del.
